AMS PSR

On behalf of FCDO, we are looking for an Application Support Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based Hybrid in London.

As an Application Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide support including user account management, requests for change triage and prioritisation, 1-2-1 training and assistance, and access management.
• Provide accurate documentation in support of all releases and test processes.
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholder groups and third party partners.
• To capture, understand and translate user requirements into new dashboards and reports.

Essential:

• Planon application experience.
• Previous experience resolving application issues
