On behalf of Crown Commercial Services, we are looking for a Commercial Administrator (Inside IR35) for a 3 month contract (potential extension) based in Liverpool 2 days a week in the office

As a Commercial Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing framework administration tasks to deadline, ensuring that the framework is operated effectively and compliantly
- Responding to customer queries, providing advice and guidance on how a customer can compliantly procure their requirements through CCS
- Managing the CCS Fleet Portal and taking ownership for Customer account administration and queries
- Acting as a key point of contact with internal teams to manage day to day administration tasks, escalate issues and resolve problems.
- Supporting the delivery of effective supplier management, ensuring compliance with framework terms and CCS Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) policy
- Supporting supplier reviews in order to maintain and improve performance
- Analysing management information and data to support the effective management of the Category
- Updating Category marketing materials such as customer guidance and web pages
