On behalf of The Government Property Agency, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist - Digital and Technology - (INSIDE IR35) for a 12 months contract based REMOTELY and with occasional office attendance, possibly once or twice per month to closest office – Birmingham / Nottingham / Manchester / Leeds / Swindon / Bristol / Newcastle upon Tyne
The Government Property Agency is an Executive Agency of the cabinet office. It is changing the way the Civil Service works and is at the forefront of Government's transformation agenda; reshaping the relationship civil servants have with their place of work. The Agency is central to the delivery of key Government policies including moving 22,000 Civil Service roles out of London by 2030 and tackling climate change by contributing to the Net Zero agenda. To do this we are delivering a major change programme across the UK and consolidating our portfolio in order to save £1.4 Bn over 10 years.

As a Recruitment Specialist - Digital and Technology - (INSIDE IR35), your main responsibilities will be:
- This role will take a business partnering approach to co-ordinate a substantial amount of permanent recruitment across GPA's DDaT teams.
- The role will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure that recruitment processes comply with Civil Service regulations and best practices.
- This position will lead on digital talent attraction, direct sourcing activity and look at innovative ways that the organisation can bring strong candidates into the Technology teams.
- This role will need someone with strong recruitment experience, with specific experience in supporting Digital, Data and Technology teams. Experience of campaign management, business partnering and complex sourcing methods are critical.
- This role can be based on any of the GPA offices outside of London, with Birmingham as a preference. The role is predominantly remote based with some travel required.
Essential:
- Stakeholder Engagement and Partnering: Demonstrable experience of partnering and senior stakeholder engagement, bus partnering experience, and outreach/talent engagement.
- Recruitment Expertise: Experience working across DDaT recruitment, using direct sourcing models, driving talent to ads, and managing recruitment projects.
- Job Evaluation and Organisational Skills: Experience with JEGS (Job Evaluation).
Desirable:
- Public Sector experience
