AMS PSR

On behalf of DESNZ, we are looking for a Organisation Design Specialist for an initial 3 months (Inside IR35) contract-based Hybrid - London, Aberdeen, Birmingham, Cardiff, Darlington, Edinburgh, or Salford.

As a Organisation Design Specialist, your main responsibilities will be:

• Supporting large-scale organisation design and operating model projects, working closely with stakeholders to plan activity and co-design solutions.
• Designing and facilitating virtual and/or in-person workshops to support project delivery and owning the creation of effective workshop outputs.
• Proactively identifying issues and risks and developing mitigating actions and/or solutions, advising senior stakeholders on progress.
• Preparing documentation and/or presentations for boards or senior stakeholder briefing.
• Building relationships across policy, project and corporate services teams to support project delivery.
• Providing expert advice on organisation design, operating model development and change and transformation activity as required.

Essential:

• Significant experience in leading complex organisation design and/or operating model development which has an organisation-wide impact.
• Organisation design and/or operating model development experience in the public sector, especially central government.
• Wider experience of transformation and change, including implementation.
