Description & Requirements

On behalf of The Government Property Agency, we are looking for an Administrator - (INSIDE IR35) for a 3 month contract based remotely however, attendance for team meetings at a local office may be required


The Government Property Agency is an Executive Agency of the cabinet office. It is changing the way the Civil Service works and is at the forefront of Government's transformation agenda; reshaping the relationship civil servants have with their place of work. The Agency is central to the delivery of key Government policies including moving 22,000 Civil Service roles out of London by 2030 and tackling climate change by contributing to the Net Zero agenda. To do this we are delivering a major change programme across the UK and consolidating our portfolio in order to save £1.4 Bn over 10 years.

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our Talent & Organisational Development (T&OD) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, a strong commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and a keen interest in promoting wellbeing initiatives. They should be equally comfortable in a creative role, facilitating engaging workshops and drafting communications, alongside a data reporting and administrative role that requires organisation and planning, and the ability to work at pace.


There will be a combination of supporting on discrete projects, as well as managing regular/cyclical activities and day to day administration needs.


As an Administrator - (INSIDE IR35), your main responsibilities may include:

  • Talent & Leadership Development: Support administrative tasks and data gathering for development programs.
  • Learning & Development: Engage managers and experts to promote learning opportunities; coordinate central learning offers and procurement processes.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate events, joiner administration, workshops, and feedback analysis for onboarding programs.
  • EDI & Wellbeing: Support EDI and wellbeing initiatives; draft communications and coordinate events for key campaigns.
  • Employee Surveys & Data Analysis: Assist with employee survey administration and data analysis to improve engagement.
  • Administration & Reporting: Handle confidential information, support projects/events, manage mailboxes, and keep HR calendar updated


Essential:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Organisational and Planning experience
  • Data handling / production experience with experience of using Google Sheets to intermediate level


Desirable:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team working and collaboration experience.
  • Experience using Google Suite within an HR/L&D environment.


Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
