Description & Requirements


On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Business Change Manager - Inside IR35 for a 9 Month contract based Hybrid - 2 days p/week in Milton Keynes.

As a Business Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop & implement IT business change strategy across DDaT Programmes & Projects.
  • Lead business change activities and ensure compliance with company processes, securing agreement on the implementation plan.
  • Formulate and transition plans for business readiness, coordinating with relevant functions and stakeholders.
  • Create and direct communications strategy for programmes, collaborating with Communications managers.
  • Oversee benefits realisation plan to avoid overlap and ensure effective profiling.
  • Manage stakeholder strategies using ADKAR and influence internal/external stakeholders, setting realistic expectations for changes.


You'll have:

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering large scale Business Change within a complex business or government function.
  • Extensive experience in defining, tracking & delivering business benefit in change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • APM Change / Prosci Change qualification - essential.
