On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Stakeholder and Reporting Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract based remotely but does Include up to 3 days a week in either the Milton Keynes or Manchester office

The role owns the demand process within DDaT, it’s got governance element (owning and controlling the process) but also doing aspect triaging demand that comes in.
It is an account lead role in some aspects about work coming and making sure it goes through the right process and goes to the right area
As a Stakeholder and Reporting Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Own the work prioritization framework. Manage and chair prioritization reviews and the negotiation of pipeline priorities.
- Collate a consolidated national view of NRT’s asset management forecasts and communicate the content and associated risks.
- Maintain and control NRT’s work bank pipelines with relevant parties and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain ongoing forward guidance of the work bank pipelines to PMO and identify potential work from additional sources that influence pipeline demand.
- Create and develop an environment that encourages the identification of improvement initiatives to NRT’s designs, efficiency and sustainability.
- Own, develop and produce an appropriate suite of reports and business analytics to inform senior management decisions within NRT.
Essential Skills
- Substantial experience of business and project planning
- Excellent communication and influencing capability with key stakeholders across the business
- Excellent analytical skills, including the use of statistical techniques, associated computer systems and effective presentation of results
- Experience in demand and forecast management within a technical environment
Qualifications
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
Desirable Skills
- Understanding of assurance principles
- Familiar with project management methodologies
