AMS PSR

On behalf of The Home Office, we are looking for a I.T Service Manager Inside IR35 for a 6 month contract based Hybrid Croydon.

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active SV clearance.

As a I.T Service Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing internal and external supplier performance in the interest of the customer
• Ensuring that the customer receives the highest level of service from the CTO Automation Centre teams and managed suppliers
• Using your experience of stakeholder management to effectively communicate and collaborate with non-technical and technical stakeholders, 3rd party and internal suppliers across government teams to ensure alignment
• Identifying and leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement across customer services, whilst protecting the integrity of existing services
• Identifying, managing and escalating service risks appropriately
