On behalf of the Cabinet Office, we are looking for a Lead content designer Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract based hybrid Newcastle , Glasgow

As a Lead Content Designer, your main responsibilities will be:

What you'll be doing

• Lead the delivery and implementation of content strategy across digital services.
• Create, manage and improve user-centred content that meets user needs and organisational objectives.
• Use analytics, user research and usability testing to inform content decisions and improve user experiences.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across policy, communications, legal, operations and digital teams.
• Map user journeys and user stories to support content strategy and design decisions.
• Maintain content quality by establishing standards, reviewing content and championing best practice.
• Support and develop content designers through guidance, coaching and constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the content design roadmap and act as an advocate for content design across the organisation.
