Environment Coordinator – Inside IR35

Contract Duration: 6 – 8 months

As an Environment Coordinator, your main responsibilities would be to: 

• Provide authoritative advice on environmental and waste issues.
• Produce and maintain the consent under the Environmental Impact (EIAD) regulations, including environmental impact assessments.
• Maintain the required regulatory approvals as appropriate.
• Develop and manage the Site Improvement Plan for environmental management.
• Provide advice and guidance on the Site arrangements for environmental management.
• Support the Site and Project implementation of environmental & waste arrangements.

You’ll:

• Be educated to NQF Level 6 / NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) in an environmental or related discipline.
• Hold membership of a relevant professional body, such as IEMA, CIWEM, CIEEM or equivalent.
• Have demonstrable experience in environmental management, environmental coordination or related roles.
• Possess detailed knowledge and practical understanding of non-radiological environmental legislation, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Have the ability to provide technical advice, influence stakeholders and support environmental best practice across projects and operational environments.
