On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Ground Infrastructure Assurance Project Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12 month hybrid contract based in Corsham.

As a Ground Infrastructure Assurance Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor and manage FM supplier performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular supplier reviews, analysing performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Track service delivery standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate and resolve supplier performance issues, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop strong supplier relationships while challenging underperformance and ensuring value for money across FM contracts.
- Ensure supplier activities comply with building regulations, statutory inspections, and property compliance requirements, maintaining accurate records and supporting audit and assurance activities.
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience of stakeholder engagement, managing relationships with internal customers, FM suppliers, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate maintenance, compliance activities, and improvement projects across multiple sites.
- Demonstrable experience of quality management and performance monitoring, ensuring suppliers deliver against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
- Working knowledge of Facilities Management and building infrastructure, including the management and oversight of outsourced FM service providers.
- Technical or Project Engineering background with an understanding of building regulations, statutory compliance, health and safety legislation, and asset maintenance requirements, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
- SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
