Description & Requirements

On behalf of Mining Remediation Authority , we are looking for a Customer Strategy and Support Coordinator (Inside IR35) for a 2 month part time (2 days per week 7.5 hours) hybrid contract based Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.


As a Customer Strategy and Support Coordinator , your main responsibilities will be:


  • Manage and triage the Customer Service inbox.
  • Respond to customer and resident enquiries.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and residents.
  • Support customer engagement and feedback activities.
  • Help identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinate improvement actions across services.
  • Promote a customer-focused, values-driven culture.
  • Prepare simple reports, presentations and communications.
  • Support wider customer experience and service improvement projects.
  • Work across teams in a varied and fast-paced role.
