Description & Requirements

On behalf of the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, we are looking for a Reward Analyst (HEO) - Inside IR35 for a 5 month contract working on a Hybrid basis (1/2 days per week Manchester office and remaining WFH)

The main duties and responsibilities of the Reward Analyst (HEO) would be to:

  • Support design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Analyse compensation data, conduct market research, and ensure reward strategies are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics. Support the administration of employee benefits programme and schemes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pay awards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to enhance understanding of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure successful project execution.


Essential:

  • Data analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Comfortable with large data sets
  • Public Sector experience
  • Familiar with Civil Service Pay
  • Experience of collaborating with other stakeholders


Desirable:

  • Knowledgeable and confident in presenting work
  • Experience of assisting with implementation of pay awards
  • Experience with Civil Service pay arrangements beneficial


Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
