On behalf of the MET Office, we are looking for a Test Manager for a 6 month contract based in Exeter -Hybrid working

Lead the Testing for a Finance Transformation project and supporting the development of a Testing Operating Model/Capability for Corporate Technology.

As a Test Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• Own/Define requisite test strategy, scope, and schedule.
• Own Environment Plan
• Identify, analyse, and prioritise test issues and defects.
• Work with Business areas to manage resources and risks
• Communicate and collaborate with the wider business.
• Co-ordinate and manage Test creation, Test Execution and Test Reporting

Essential:

• Expert (Practitioner or higher) Azure DevOps User with respect to: 
• Azure Boards
• Azure Pipelines
• Azure Test Plans 
• Expert Test Manger with respect to: 
• Software testing
• Test strategy/Planning
• Environment Management
• Test script creation
• Co-ordinating Test Execution:
• Issue /Bug management
• Expert leader of inexperienced users, through system integration (SIT), Systems Acceptance (SAT) and user acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Managing business analyst resource (at your disposal) to support test delivery.
• Experience testing Dynamics365 apps, particularly F&O, SCM and CE Sales.
• Assist in the creation of an enduring capability for the testing of corporate technologies i.e Business Apps  

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks
