AMS PSR

On behalf of our Client, we are looking for an Organisation Set Up Lead (G7) for a contract based in Aberdeen, Scotland

As an Organisation Set Up Lead (G7), your main responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for leading and managing relationship with Integrated Corporate services (ICS) to establish corporate services.
• These functions include Estates, Security & Counter Fraud, and digital systems, all aimed at supporting the effective delivery of  core services.
• Working with relevant leads, including Finance, PMO, Commercial and across its key functions, to ensure the necessary systems and processes are in place for organisation to function.
• Making sure the people impact is considered, with a suitable people and culture plan developed.
• Ensuring enabling functions are considered and aligned to broader transition planning.
• Support the operationalisation of transition plans, with a focus on enabling capabilities.

Person specification / Skills & Experience:

• An excellent communicator who can build relationships with a variety of multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and implementing appropriate solutions accordingly.
• A detail-oriented individual capable of understanding and anticipating the systems required for the effective operation of the organisation.
• People and change experience and helping to lead structural, systems, capability and process change within an organisation.

Desirable:

• Experience of working in facilities management
• Experience working in HR/operating models or transformation
